Commitment to the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge
We’ve signed up to the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge by HouseProud and Stonewall Housing. We want to work with customers to meet the pledge, to listen to feedback and to better support our LGBTQ+ residents to live freely in their homes without fear or prejudice.
Help improve the experience for our LGBTQ+ residents
We’ve formed a group to engage with us on this and would welcome more members. The next meeting will take place in April.

What we discussed at the first meeting
The group held its first meeting on 18 February. We talked about:
- How antisocial behaviour is managed
- What might help residents feel more comfortable reporting concerns and getting support
- How we can improve visibility of LGBTQ+ support, share positive experiences of our services, and strengthen inclusion through learning, training and how we use information.
