The Homeowners Panel is a formal group of customer volunteers who work in partnership with Hyde’s Home Ownership Manager to help shape and improve the services we provide to homeowners. Members share their perspective, give feedback, and suggest improvements on specific areas of service, improvements we’re planning, and the way we communicate and share information.

Some of the panel members are also members of Customer Voice, connecting the Homeowners Panel to Hyde’s formal resident governance and co-regulatory structure.
