Our Customer Collective pledge

This pledge sets out how we will work together. It reflects our shared commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and constructive collective where everyone feels heard and valued.

Our commitments

We promise to listen to you and take your feedback on board wherever possible. Where we can't make changes, we'll let you know why.

Everyone will be respectful - this includes listening actively, allowing others space to speak, and valuing different opinions.

Language will be kept polite and tone measured, even when discussing difficult topics. We're happy to be challenged, as long as it's reasonable and fair.

We will not address personal or individual staff issues during any sessions. We ask that you to report any issues by calling Customer Services on 0800 3 282 282 or by logging onto MyAccount via our website

We are committed to accessibility - we will adapt our approach to make sessions as inclusive and accessible as possible for all customers and welcome feedback on this.
