Customers at Stuttle House, Tower Hamlets

We apologise for the issues you’re experiencing with your water supply. Unfortunately, we can’t carry out the repairs until Tuesday 7 April. This means homes won’t have water over the weekend. We currently have teams onsite providing support, and we’ll be delivering bottles of water to homes every day over the weekend. If you need further assistance, please call us on 0800 3 282 282.

Community groups and TRAs

Local resident groups can bring people together in their local community, provide support for each other and be a common voice for shared interests and concerns. Groups can be structured, with officers and a constitution, or they can be more informal.

If you want to set up a residents’ group in your area, contact our Customer Involvement team for advice and support. We can help you to get your group started.

How we work with residents groups

We recognise the value of working with resident groups, including both constituted tenants and residents associations (TRAs) and more informal groups, as they can help us to:

  • hear and respond to feedback
  • understand residents’ priorities and aspirations about where they live.

We’ll consult and work with all resident groups that register with us. Your group will also need to sign up to, and keep to, our Residents Groups Agreement.

Our Residents Group Agreement sets out what groups can expect from us and what we expect from them.

Registered groups which meet our best practice standards will also be eligible to apply for an annual residents group grant. For more information about these standards see our Residents Group Procedure.
