In August 2023 we re-opened The Old Laundry after major renovation work. The multi million pound investment to the Old Laundry has included asbestos removal, refurbishing the main community space, the Young People Matter offices and landscaping the outside.

The Old Laundry is developing activities for the community, including bingo, computer support, exercise classes, youth club, seniors group and Hyde Neighbourhood drop-ins. There is a hall (50) and large meeting room (8-12 people) available to hire. They also have a beautiful courtyard garden and two kitchens.
