Neal is responsible for all our customer-facing operations, leading the Customer Services, Property Services, Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods, Asset Management and Commercial teams.
Neal's an experienced property and asset management professional who has worked in the housing sector for more than 30 years.
Working as an Executive Director at both Viridian Housing and Optivo, Neal has delivered a number of innovative and successful transformation programmes and strategies, designed to provide excellent customer-focused and efficient services to residents.
Having established a number of award-winning direct labour organisations, environmental and asset management teams, he brings a wealth of experience within these key areas. He also has a genuine commitment and the knowledge to establish a robust health and safety compliance culture, enabling residents to feel safe and secure in their homes.
