Our regulatory gradings

The Regulator of Social Housing publishes its view of how well we’re performing as a landlord each year.

This ‘regulatory judgement’ includes gradings for our governance and viability. The most recent judgement was published on GOV.UK in December 2024.

We retained our G1 and V2 gradings this year. This demonstrates we have the structures, policies and plans in place to ensure we have strong governance, manage risks well and maintain our financial viability.

Having a strong, resilient business provides the foundation for our ambitious strategy to deliver excellent customer services and to build more safe, comfortable and affordable homes where they’re needed most, in communities that can thrive. It also gives us the ability to make choices, so we can deliver the right outcomes for our current and future customers.

Our Governance grading: G1

Our G1 grading demonstrates that we’re governed effectively and transparently, we adhere to relevant laws, safeguard the sector’s reputation and that we’re accountable to our customers.

Our Viability grading: V2

Our V2 grading demonstrates our financial capacity to deal with a reasonable range of ‘adverse scenarios’ (ie things that could affect our ability to continue to deliver homes and services) and that we need to manage risks to ensure our continued compliance.
