Procurement frameworks

Accessing our frameworks

Our centralised procurement team provides over 50 agreements covering housing-related categories as well as a wider range of business categories.

Our frameworks are open to all public-sector bodies including (but not limited to):

  • Other housing associations
  • Local authorities and government departments
  • Registered charities
  • NHS and health and social care groups
  • Emergency services
  • Schools and academies/colleges and universities
  • Libraries and museums

To enable better support to potential users of our frameworks, we have partnered with specialist agencies to manage and promote our wider base of frameworks:

National Framework Partnership (NFP)

Our main framework partner, NFP, is staffed by experienced procurement professionals dedicated to managing the majority of the Hyde frameworks. Working with the National Framework Partnership, we ensure widespread access to our frameworks in one place. Originally formed in partnership with Hyde, NFP's mission is to help Contracting Authorities achieve contractual compliance and economies of scale.  For our popular development frameworks as well as a full list of all available frameworks and contact details, please visit the NFP website.

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

Hyde has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works & Services. A DPS allows suppliers to join at any time, is easy to use and can reduce procurement times, initiating simple procurement in just 10 days compared to the months taken by conventional tenders. As part of the minimum standards we require all suppliers to obtain a bronze-level membership on Constructionline

Pretium

Hyde has also developed frameworks with procurement specialists, Echelon. These are managed via Pretium, who are part of the Echelon Group.

Pretium manage the following frameworks on behalf of Hyde:

  • Building and Fire Safety – developed with technical input from Frankham Risk Management Services, this framework builds on the success of our first-generation fire safety services offer, and has been reframed, in response to the introduction of the Building Safety Act, to support organisations with all aspects of building safety compliance.
  • GFP Decarbonisation Delivery – A joint procurement on behalf of The Greener Futures Partnership (GFP), which comprises five housing associations – Abri, Anchor, Home Group, Hyde Group and Sanctuary. This framework provides retrofit and professional consultancy services to support the delivery of decarbonisation works, to ensure that homes achieve at least an EPC Rating of C by the government target date of 2030.

A building materials framework to support Hyde’s internal repairs team is currently being procured with Echelon and will soon be available on the Pretium website.

Working with Hyde

If you are a supplier looking to get on one of our frameworks there are a number of ways in which you can do so. As we are a public sector organisation, we have to fully comply with UK Procurement legislation and we will therefore not appoint any suppliers on our frameworks or large contracts without a full tender process.

You can register your interest in our current and future tender opportunities here. Once registered search ‘Hyde’ in the keyword filter.

For further information on all of Hyde’s procurement frameworks please contact our team via the procurement helpdesk email.
