Eastman Village is being developed on the site of the historic Kodak factory in Harrow. The Hyde Group along with its joint venture partner, Barratt London, will deliver over 2,000 homes for private sale, shared ownership and affordable and market rent. The site will also include a block of senior living accommodation, retail spaces and a landscaped park that serves as a new green link in the heart of residential Harrow.
The buildings and landscaping have been designed in partnership with Pollard Thomas Edwards. It includes the retention of the iconic chimney of the former Kodak factory, which will be refurbished and incorporated into a new energy centre, serving the entire development. The development will consist of a series of buildings reaching a maximum height of 20 storeys.
The development is being built in phases, which will offer the following accommodation:
Phase 1 (Phased completions between January 2020 and July 2022)
