In 2022, our planning permission was approved for Herringham Quarter. Part of the site received full planning permission, while the rest received outline planning permission.
Outline planning permission confirms that development can take place and sets limits on the amount of development, but it does not include the full design details.
We are now submitting a Reserved Matters Application. This application sets out the detailed design proposals needed to secure full planning permission for the remaining parts of the site — Sites D and E.
If you have any questions about this application or Hyde's wider project at Charlton Riverside, please get in contact with us using the details below.

Have your say
Hyde recently held a public exhibition to showcase the updated proposals, answer resident questions and listen to community feedback.
The event took place St Richard's Church (Upper Hall), 26 Swallowfield Rd, London SE7 7NR on Thursday 17 September between 5pm and 8pm. Thank you to all who came to provide feedback on the proposals.
If you were unable to attend the event the information displayed at the consultation can be found here (PDF, 4MB)
We encourage members of the local community to review this information and provide feedback using this online form. Your views will help shape the final proposals before they are submitted in late Autumn.
