Residents of Charles Dickens House, E2

To allow us to carry out essential repair work, your water supply will be shut off on Monday 3 November.  The shut off will affect the whole block and is expected to last for several hours. We can’t confirm when the shut off will start, but on Monday please be prepared by storing water.

Safeguarding refers to actions and processes that protect the health, wellbeing and human rights of individuals, which allow people - especially children, young people and vulnerable adults - to live free from abuse, harm and neglect.

Our vulnerability policy

Developed with the help from customers, our policy outlines how we’re able to make reasonable adjustments, so we can provide the best possible service to customers that have told us about a vulnerability they have.

We’ve defined a vulnerability as:

“Vulnerability is the potential for a customer or a member of their household to have a temporary or permanent reduction in capacity or resilience due to physical health, mental health or a situation that could increase adverse risk to the person’s wellbeing.”
