We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been re-accredited as an Investors in People Gold organisation, following our recent assessment.
We’ve held Gold since 2013, and have also achieved gold in the ‘We Invest in Wellbeing’ award since 2019.
Four hundred colleagues completed the survey, which contributes to our assessment, and the assessor interviewed 44 of them, from across the organisation.
The assessor highlighted many positives, including our strong commitment to our social purpose, our positive culture and our very good people practices.
We’re delighted to be awarded IiP Gold again. It’s a real credit to everyone who makes Hyde such a great place to work
