We're offering customers four hours of one-to-one career coaching through Stay Nimble. This can help you get where you want to be in your career, whether you’re looking for your first job, are unemployed, want to gain new skills or are looking to make a career change.

You’ll work with a professional coach, who’ll support you in thinking about your career options, job searches and preparing for interviews.

You’ll also get unlimited access to more than 1,000 training courses, a skills library and personalised career matches tailored to your goals.

Charity the Fusion21 Foundation is providing £59,000 to support the programme, which is being delivered in partnership with Hyde, the Guinness Partnership and Stay Nimble.
