If you have primary school age children, look out for your voucher

Summer Uniform Girl

The summer holidays can be an expensive time, without the worry of buying new school uniform.

Thanks to working in partnership with uniform supplier Trutex, we’re hoping to make things a little bit easier by supporting families with primary school age children with their uniform costs.

We’re emailing every customer with primary school age children a voucher (£50 a child) towards school uniform, which can be redeemed online with Trutex. The email will include your unique voucher code, and details of how to use the voucher.

Andy Hulme, Hyde’s Group Chief Executive Officer said: “We know that times are still tough and we’re doing everything we can to help. The cost of living crisis has meant that buying school uniform is an even bigger concern than usual for families. Hopefully this way we can help support primary age school children – helping put some money back people’s pockets.

“So please do look out for your voucher – and encourage your neighbours to do the same.”

Matthew Easter, CEO of Trutex said: “We understand that, although our uniform is designed to last until it is outgrown, there is a cost to kitting children out for school, which for some parents is tough. Our partnership with Hyde reflects our shared belief that every child deserves to start the school year feeling confident, equal, and ready to learn.”

We’re emailing voucher codes to all households where a primary school aged child is included as a household member. If you have a child living in a Hyde home who is not listed as a household member, you can update your family’s details here to make sure you receive the correct voucher amount.

If you’re struggling, we’re here to help. You can find financial help and support here.
