Customers share images of how Hyde Foundation vouchers made a difference

In December, we invited customers who received a Hyde Foundation Christmas voucher to take part in a photo competition, sharing how the voucher helped them with day to day essentials.

The winning entry received an extra £50 voucher as part of a prize draw, and we’ve included their photo above.

The vouchers gave a little extra support to customers feeling pressure from everyday costs, particularly food, household items and children’s essentials.

One customer told us: “I just want to say thank you so much for the £50 Tesco gift voucher. This was such a lovely thing to do and has really helped me out being a single parent with two boys who are always hungry.”

We sent out 240 shopping vouchers worth £50 each, provided through Match My Project funding and generously supported by partners including Jenner Construction and City Plumbing.

In total, this meant £12,000 of support going directly to households that needed it most.
