Stronger neighbourhoods and clearer support for customers
We've refreshed our neighbourhood service
We’ve made some changes to how we manage our neighbourhoods, based on what customers told us would make the biggest difference.
Our antisocial behaviour, tenancy and neighbourhood services now work together in one team. This means clearer ownership, quicker action when issues arise and a more joined-up service when you need support.
The way our neighbourhoods, homes and communities work has changed a lot in recent years, and the support customers need from us has changed too. Bringing our neighbourhood, tenancy and antisocial behaviour services into one team means:
- Clearer ownership: one team takes responsibility
- Earlier action: we pick things up quickly and tackle them before they turn into bigger problems
- More joined‑up support: the people who know our homes buildings and tenancies now work side‑by‑side.
We’ve also strengthened the specialist support behind our team. This helps us deal with more complex issues relating to antisocial behaviour, vulnerability and tenancy fraud.
Chief Operating Officer, Neal Ackcral said:

For customers, this means they will now be supported by a Neighbourhood Officer and a Tenancy Management Officer.
Neighbourhood Officers keep a close eye on local areas and communal spaces, ensuring buildings stay safe and compliant and that any issues across the areas they manage are picked up and sorted early.
Tenancy Management Officers focus on tenancy‑related needs and pick up antisocial behaviour cases, providing support and taking action when concerns arise. By working alongside their Neighbourhood Officer, they offer a more joined‑up and reliable service for customers.
