Our new SMS service will keep you more informed about your upcoming repair appointments
Our new SMS service means you can find out more information about the operatives coming to your home to carry out repairs or maintenance.
You’ll now receive a text message when an operative is on their way to your home, with a link to more information about them and what they’ll be doing, including:
- The operative’s name
- The work/repair information
- The time slot for the appointment
- The vehicle registration number.
