Pinnacle won £70m of contracts and added 3,000 homes in management in 2024/25
Hyde Group company Pinnacle Group (Pinnacle) celebrated its 30th anniversary in style last year, winning more than 30 contracts worth £70m, and growing its housing management portfolio by more than 3,000 homes.
Pinnacle, which joined the Hyde Group at the end of October 2024, now manages 74,000 homes across the UK. With Tower Hamlets Community Housing joining Hyde in April 2025, the Hyde Group now owns and manages about 125,000 homes, making it one of the UK’s largest housing, property and community services providers.
Andy Hulme, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Hyde Group, said: “Pinnacle’s successes last year demonstrate what a great asset it is to the Hyde Group and how our Pinnacle colleagues will play a key part in helping us become the UK’s best housing, property and community services provider.
"Together, we want to build on our unique offering of a truly end-to-end to service: funding, building and providing services to communities in all four nations of the UK.”
Pinnacle’s new contracts included delivery partnerships with investors in affordable housing, such as Octopus-backed NewArch Homes, Pears-funded MTD Housing, and Nuveen-backed Preferred Homes. It also grew its existing collaborations with investors last year, including more than doubling the number of homes it manages for L&G Affordable Homes.
Pinnacle won housing management contracts with Manchester City Council, Birmingham City Council and CBRE Investment Management. And new contracts worth more than £2M a year with housing association Notting Hill Genesis will see it provide cleaning, caretaking, window cleaning and waste services across five London boroughs.
Pinnacle’s Residential Management Services (RMS) division significantly expanded its portfolio with Bellway Homes, adding 1,463 homes at five sites. RMS now manages nearly 5,000 homes for Bellway, providing a range of services, including leasehold management, service charge collection, concierge services, cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Pinnacle also secured a 50-year contract with infrastructure giant Hochtief to operate more than 1,000 student rooms, in partnership with Staffordshire University, and expanded its workplace operations for manufacturer JCB.
Pinnacle now provides housing and community-facing neighbourhood services to more than 26,000 sites and more than 230 workplaces.
And its Meadowship partnership with Bromley Council helped 127 homeless households find a permanent home last year. The scheme has helped nearly 400 homeless families to date.
Pinnacle also supported more than 12,000 armed forces families moving into Ministry of Defence (MOD) accommodation through its contract with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. It helped 170 Afghan families move into surplus MOD accommodation as part of the government’s Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy.
Peregrine Lloyd, Pinnacle Group Chief Executive, said: "This past year has been remarkable for us. Our strategic partnership with Hyde Group, coupled with securing numerous high-value contracts, has positioned us to innovate more effectively and deliver high-quality, well-managed homes and communities nationwide.
"I’m immensely proud of the profound impact our teams have had on communities across the UK and look forward to our continued expansion and success."
