Pinnacle's Build to Rent portfolio reaches nearly 1,500 homes
Pinnacle Group has been appointed by Principal Asset Management to operate new Build To Rent homes at two developments in south London
Pinnacle is providing services at a 66-home building in the Clapham Park regeneration area completed in 2025 and acquired by US based global investment manager Prinicpal Asset Management.
Services include customer onboarding and ongoing support, compliance, repairs coordination, building safety management and community engagement.
Pinnacle will also provide services for 130 Build To Rent (BTR) homes at King George’s Gate in Earlsfield, that have been forward-funded by Principal and that are due to be finished in 2027.

The contract strengthens Pinnacle’s growing role as a specialist operator in the rapidly expanding BTR sector. Pinnacle now manages nearly 1,500 BTR homes nationwide, delivering high quality rental homes for customers and reliable long-term performance for investors.
