We have lot of different ways that you can provide us with feedback about our services and engage with us to improve how we work.
To find out more, or to join any of these activities, sign up to get involved.
Surveys
From time to time we will send you a survey about one of the services that you receive from us. If you would rather not receive these, please do let us know.
Local engagement activities
Sometimes we bring our engagement service out to our communities, in the form of drop-ins, walkabouts and door knocking, and neighbourhood events. These vary from area to area as we respond to local issues and preferences. We’ll contact you when we’re doing something close to where you live.
-
Customer Voice
This is a group of residents that work in partnership with Hyde’s senior managers. We talk to them about new and changing services, and ask for their feedback and recommendations.
-
Scrutiny activities
We invite residents to look at our performance information and ways of working, and to work with us to agree recommendations for improvements.
-
Service groups
We have a number of different resident groups that have specific interests in certain Hyde services for example sustainability and communications.
-
Local resident groups
These are locally-based, resident-led groups that work together, and with Hyde, to improve things where they live.
-
Involving You
We send our ‘Involving You’ bulletins roughly every three months to all eligible residents – to offer you different ways of getting involved.
-
Policy consultation
We talk to residents when we’re reviewing or changing policies, to make sure our ways of working are right for our customers.
