Resident project meeting:
Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 18 Feb 2026 at 5.30pm.
Following concerns raised by residents about the use of communal electricity at Coade Court in connection with the ongoing fire safety works, we’ve reviewed the situation with our contractor, Rydon.
We have now written to all residents to provide a full update and next steps. We’ll continue to monitor this and keep residents informed.

Evacuation strategy
A temporary fire alarm system is in place at Coade Court. The fire safety strategy has changed from ‘stay put’ to ‘simultaneous evacuation’. If you discover, or are alerted to a fire, you must immediately evacuate the building.
