Resident project meeting:
Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 21 January 2026 at 5.30pm.
We’re pleased to confirm that the supplemental works agreement has now been signed. In addition, benchmarking work has started as part of the preparations for the upcoming fire safety remediation.
Thank you to everyone who has contacted Rydon to arrange the in-flat pre-condition surveys - your co-operation is greatly appreciated.
We’ll continue to keep you informed as the project progresses.
Evacuation strategy
A temporary fire alarm system is in place at Coade Court. The fire safety strategy has changed from ‘stay put’ to ‘simultaneous evacuation’. If you discover, or are alerted to a fire, you must immediately evacuate the building.
