Resident project meeting:
Our next meeting is Wednesday 17 December 2025 at 5.30pm.
We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve agreed everything with Rydon for the upcoming fire safety remediation work at Coade Court.
We’re now waiting for the contract to be signed, and we expect Building control approval to be confirmed soon.
Evacuation strategy
A temporary fire alarm system is in place at Coade Court. The fire safety strategy has changed from ‘stay put’ to ‘simultaneous evacuation’. If you discover, or are alerted to a fire, you must immediately evacuate the building.
