Latest update - 21 March 2025
We’re pleased to share further progress regarding the fire safety remediation work at Coade Court.
Rydon is now preparing to submit the planning application for the proposed works.
This an important step towards progressing the remediation works. This will confirm if the proposed works will be approved by the planning department and will support the finalisation of our works agreement with Rydon.
We’ll confirm with you once the application has been submitted and update you on next steps.

Resident project meeting
Our next resident project meeting is TBC. Invites will be sent once the date is confirmed.
Evacuation strategy
A temporary fire alarm system is in place at Coade Court. The fire safety strategy has changed from ‘stay put’ to ‘simultaneous evacuation’. If you discover, or are alerted to a fire, you must immediately evacuate the building.
