We provide an extensive array of benefits though our award-winning flexible benefits scheme. iFlex gives you a great choice of money-saving benefits to suit you, your family and your lifestyle. Most of the benefits save you money on tax and/or National Insurance by paying for the cost of your benefits through salary sacrifice. Even better, many of the benefits are at a reduced rate too. And even if there is no saving, the cost is spread over 12 months or longer so it’s more affordable. You can pick and choose the benefits that are right for you each year across each of the three categories.
