Holidays 

We offer a generous holiday entitlement starting from 26 days a year plus bank holidays, rising by one day per year up to a maximum of 30 days.

Pension

All staff are enrolled into our minimum workplace pension as required by UK law, you can find out more about automatic pension enrolment on the gov.uk website. We also offer a generous pension scheme to all Hyde employees where you can choose to contribute 3%, 4% or 5% of your pay and you will receive 2 for 1 matching contributions from Hyde (up to a maximum of 10%).

Long service leave

If you reach the continuous service milestone of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years will get an additional five days’ leave in the calendar year in which the anniversary falls.

Health cash plan

This benefit can help you to cover the costs of your everyday healthcare needs by providing a range of health benefits and cashback on dental treatments, visits to your optician, physiotherapy and more. Basic cover is provided as a core benefit but you can upgrade to a higher level if you wish to increase your claim limits.
