Responsibilities
- Ensuring all invoice and automated system payments are correctly coded, allocated, accrued and paid within agreed legislative terms, liaising with suppliers and contractors to resolve payment queries.
- Cross checking and monitoring invoices.
- Raising purchase orders and inputting invoices directly onto the purchasing system where no purchase order exists.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of supplier statements, liaising with the relevant Stakeholders to
