Responsibilities
- Provide analytical expertise and insight into all data relating to property, including responsive repairs and planned maintenance programmes as well as qualitative data obtained from customer surveys.
- Identify key trends and shifts in customer preferences, attitudes, and perceptions.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to inform and develop priorities; designing and developing suitable solutions aimed at enhancing overall business performance.
- Liaise with budget holders to compile budget, forecasts and monitor spend
Skills and experience required
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar performance data analyst role.
- Good level of knowledge in the skills and software relevant for analytics delivery such as Business Objects Web Intelligence, PowerBI, ArcGIS and analytics tools / service on AWS
- Previous experience or understanding of housing is advantageous but not essential.

As a Real Estate Finance Analyst at Hyde, you will be working within the Investment & Development Finance team to assess the viability and profitability of potential real estate projects.
Purpose of the Role
- Primary focus on supporting Development and Investment teams with data production via regular reporting cycles, and learning to set up a project and manage through its life cycle
- Close liaison with peers to develop a good breadth of understanding across IDP and Finance functions which interface with the development and investment processes
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Hyde’s appraisal system for investment and development programmes, ensuring updates from the Investment & Development Appraisal Framework working group are implemented.
- Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of costs, preparing and integrating monthly actuals.
- Collaborate with Development Managers to review the accuracy of appraisals and report on key issues, including site optimisation, on a monthly basis.
- Achieve a detailed understanding of all schemes within your remit to conduct high-level reviews of performance, costs, revenue, and profile of spend and sales.
- Respond promptly to queries relating to DCF appraisal systems and account coding, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist with the preparation of quality appraisals of projects ahead of submission to DIG & GIC, focusing on financial assumptions.
- Assess financial exposure of development projects including risk analysis and make recommendations for corrective actions that may be required
- Work collaboratively with FP&A team on production of liquidity reports and provision of Hyde’s Financial Plan
- Assist with post-approval administration of project set up on systems and legal / financial aspects of implication
- Assist with the preparation of management, statutory accounts, and key performance indicators for development vehicles
- Provide support on other project work as and when required
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent analytical skills with a fundamental understanding of data analysis and financial concepts.
- Genuine interest in real estate markets and development processes.
- Proficiency with numbers and basic financial principles, including key metrics like ROI and cash flow.
- Advanced IT skills including Excel and Microsoft Office and adaptability to bespoke accounting software
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry, preliminary analyses, and report preparation.

As a Gas Engineer at Hyde you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional gas installations service to residents ensuring all work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Installation of domestic gas boilers and associated equipment.
- Maintain and monitor the supply, stock and use of materials.
- Participate in the ‘out of hours’ service delivery on a rota basis (Currently every 1 in 6 weeks)
- Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property-related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly
- Raise any non-compliance or process failures with managers.
- Undertake any required repairs in order to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across The Hyde Group properties (including vehicles and tools) in compliance with current policies and procedures:
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience as a domestic gas engineer
- Great customer service skills
- Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT,

As a Community Caretaker at Hyde you will be working within Property Services, playing a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our residential blocks and community assets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of residential blocks/ community assets to identify any maintenance issues such as lighting outages, plumbing problems, or damages.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including but not limited to replacing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, and addressing issues with communal facilities.
- Report any major maintenance requirements or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities promptly.
- Ensure that communal areas such as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and common rooms are always kept clean and tidy.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Effective and proactive scheduling, tracking and management of operatives’ diaries to ensure all appointments committed to are met, liaising with customers and operatives to arrange and rearrange appointments as required.
- Tracking of jobs that potentially could go overdue, planning all work to ensure completion within target timescales and prioritising attendance of emergency works.
- Prioritise workloads to correct trade operatives and schedule works efficiently to maximise the potential for a first time fix, ensuring operatives have the right materials to complete their work.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents whilst scheduling work in the most cost effective and productive manner.
