As an Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader at Hyde, you will be working within the Anti-Social Behaviour Team to manage, supervise, and support ASB Officers, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, proactive, and reactive, customer-focused ASB service to our customers.

Responsibilities
• Manage the team to deliver an exceptional ASB Service in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Supervise and support ASB Officers in handling a full range of ASB cases, providing coaching and guidance on complex matters and advice on the preparation of Legal enforcement documents.
• Monitor and manage team performance to achieve KPIs and customer service standards.
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including local authorities, police, and community organisations.
• Oversee the effective use of specialist equipment such as mobile CCTV and noise monitors.
• Represent the ASB service at court hearings and stakeholder and resident meetings, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met.

  • Produce reports and feedback on complex casework to senior managers, stakeholders and partner agencies.

Skills and Experience Required
• Proven experience leading a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of anti-social behaviour and housing legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance monitoring systems.
• Track record of managing staff performance and delivering against KPIs and team objectives.
• Experience in preparing legal documentation and attending court is desirable.

As a Health and Safety Officer at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Maintenance team to assist in the development, implementation, and coordination of Hyde’s Safety Management Systems. You will play a key role in promoting and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across building sites and office environments. This role will cover Hyde’s southern regions, including areas from Winchester to Brighton and Surrey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and surveys to evaluate compliance with Hyde’s policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of toolbox talks, risk assessments, and HS&E training.
  • Support operational teams with maintaining safe systems of work, including manual handling, work at height, and unlicensed asbestos work.
  • Assist in accident investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Promote the implementation of Hyde’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
  • Participate in health and safety committees and contribute to the development of a strong safety culture.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH Level 3 or above).
  • CITB / SMSTS certification with experience on building sites.
  • Experience in auditing and health & safety management.
  • Full UK driving licence (vehicle provided; manual preferred).
  • Experience in property maintenance and repairs (social housing experience desirable).
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction phase H&S plans.

  • Provide a responsive, excellent, customer focused and efficient front line/telephone/in writing service to all customers, internally and externally ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Monitor issues identified and provide a quick response to our customers, meeting timescales and ensuring these are resolved, troubleshooting difficult complaints and making sure prompt and appropriate action is taken.
