We're aware of issues with water supply in Lambeth and Tower Hamlets. Please see the latest updates.

Charles Dickens House

We were made aware of an underground leak last October and ran a temporary supply pipe to ensure there was no interruption to the water supply.

This week, we’re excavating to permanently fix the pipework and will need to temporarily shut off the water to do the work. We’ll keep you updated as there will be some interruption to your water supply.

Whitechapel

Arthur Deakin House, Boden House, Hanbury, Hobsons Place, McGlashon House, Vollasky House

We’re aware that there are ongoing issues with water pressure across these buildings.

Thames Water is currently checking all of their valves in the area and we hope that this will resolve the problems you’ve been having with low and intermittent water pressure.

We’ll have teams on site to do further water pressure tests following these works.

We’re in touch with Thames Water every day and we’ll continue to report issues to them where we find them.

It’s really important that you continue to report issues to Thames Water and you can do this by calling them on 0800 316 9800 or visiting their website.
