Thames Water will be undertaking a number of improvement projects across the borough between now and 2031, and there may be interruptions to your supply throughout these works.
Alverstone House
We completed our works to the mains pipe on the estate on 15 January and have repaired the leak. As we’ve had further reports of water outages from customers, we’ll be testing water pressure and flow rates within the building. We’ll also be doing some work to make sure there are no further leaks underground. We’ll keep you updated on when we expect this work to start.
Lockwood House

Blythe House
We had a report on 5 January to say that there was no water at the building. We attended on the same day and confirmed that we weren’t getting water to our tanks. We then had further reports of intermittent water on 15 January. Thames Water attended on 17 January and they confirmed that the water pressure is low.
We’re checking underground to make sure there isn’t a leak and are continuing to check water pressure in the building. If you have any further problems or have no water, please call us and we’ll arrange to deliver some water to you.
Edrich House
We had reports of a water outage on 16 January and attended later that day to check the pumps. On 17 January we tested the electrics and reset the pumps. Water supply was then restored.
There are currently no other reported issues with water supply here.
