Thanks to your feedback, we’ve launched our improved customer website.

We’re pleased to let you know that our brand-new website is now live. The site was built using feedback from customers, including feedback sessions and surveys and also from website analytics.  

You told us it needed to be simpler to use and easier to find key information, and we’ve listened. Many of you also told us that the old site felt outdated, clunky and difficult to use on mobile devices. As a result, we’ve made a number of improvements to make the site more user-friendly and accessible. 

Improvements include:

  • Improved search – it is now much easier to find what you’re looking for across the site with our updated search tool. 
  • Simpler navigation – we’ve reorganised our menus to make it quicker to find the pages you need.  
  • Mobile-first design – the site now works better on mobile, so you can access it on the go. 
  • New sections – we’ve added new sections such as Your Community, where you can learn about our community centres and find out who your Neighbourhood Officer is. There is also a new Help and Advice area filled with useful guides and support, from money advice to looking after your home. 

The new website is much easier to use, especially on my phone. It feels clearer and more modern.”

We’re really grateful to all the customers who shared their thoughts and helped shape these changes. However, we're not stopping here.
