If you need help about life’s challenges, then the National Support Network could help
The National Support Network’s support hub makes it easy to find help on anything, from tackling loneliness to advice on managing debt, relationships or problems at work.

It’s an online directory of information on thousands of national services, including helplines, self-help resources and support groups.
The hub’s free to access and you don’t need to register or provide any personal information; just search for the subject you need help with, and you’ll be given a list of websites and helplines.
For example, a search for ‘help with food costs’ will bring up results that include a list of our community partners that provide access free or low-cost food and what resources we have available to help with the cost of living.
