We’re consulting with residents of Bellevue Mansions, at Clapham Road in Stockwell, on our proposals to create new safe, decent and energy efficient homes.
The regeneration of Bellevue Mansions presents an opportunity to develop up to 450 new, high-quality homes, including at least 50% provided as affordable homes. As well as new homes, there'll also be a new and improved nursery, spaces for shops, and new play areas accessible for people of all ages and abilities.
We plan to keep the valuable characteristics of the area, while tackling the challenges many households face, including overcrowding and high heating bills.
The new homes will be comfortable, affordable to live in and easier to look after.
Eligible residents will be able to vote in a ballot on the proposals for the redevelopment of Bellevue Mansions in October 2025. Further detail of the regeneration proposals, Landlord Offer and ballot process can be viewed below.
