We’re consulting with residents of Bellevue Mansions, at Clapham Road in Stockwell, on our proposals to create new safe, decent and energy efficient homes.
The regeneration of Bellevue Mansions presents an opportunity to develop more than 400 new, high-quality homes, half of which will be affordable, for the local community. It will also create a new neighbourhood street, outdoor sports facilities with green areas and a nursery.
Currently, the homes in Bellevue Mansions are expensive to heat, some are poorly laid out and some are overcrowded.
Regeneration would involve demolishing Bellevue Mansions and some of the other buildings on site, and building new homes in their place.
Eligible residents will vote in a ballot on the proposals for the redevelopment of Bellevue Mansions in October 2025. The ballot will be carried out independently by Civica Electoral Services.
