Hyde Foundation digital tools privacy notice

At Hyde Foundation, we take your privacy seriously. This privacy notice explains the limited personal data we collect in order to identify and contact organisations who are setting up our digital tools.

We collect only the personal information necessary for us to provide you with our services. This information includes contact details such as name and email address of an organisation's representative.

We collect this information in order to create a unique account for each organisation and provide them with access to our digital tools.

Users setting up an account with us have full control over the processing of their data. They can log in to manage their account, review the data we have collected, and update or delete their information at any time.

Exercising your rights

You have rights over the data we hold. You have a right to be informed; of access and to ask for rectification or erasure and to portability.

If you would like to request a copy of your personal data under a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), you should do so here using the DSAR Webform.
