Our Group Board is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the group, financial planning and monitoring our performance.

The board delegates some responsibilities to five committees, each chaired by a non-executive director, covering housing operations, investment, auditing, finance and the pay and appointment of executive and non-executive directors.
