Mandy is the Hyde Group Senior Independent Director, Chair of our Group Remuneration & Appointments Committee and a member of the Group Housing Services Committee.
She started her career in human resources in UK and US manufacturing, before holding senior roles in financial services and higher education.
Mandy is HR Director for the National Crime Agency, leading in people and culture to support the Agency in its mission to protect the public from serious and organised crime.
Mandy is Visiting Professor of HR Management at London South Bank University and has held non-executive roles in social housing.
