We're aware that some customers in postcodes CR0, CR2, CR4, CR7 and SW16 are experiencing a loss of water or low pressure. Thames Water are working to fix this quickly as possible. 

We’ll maintain and invest in homes and community spaces, so they’re safe, decent and sustainable for the long term.

To do this, we’ll:

  • Deliver high quality repairs services which are timely, convenient, good value and tailored to customers’ needs
  • Ensure all our homes are safe and decent, that they meet all legal standards as a minimum, and that we take action to resolve any issues we find
  • Regularly check the condition of homes, ensuring they meet customers’ needs now and in the future, using this data to plan investment and to support asset and portfolio management strategies
  • Implement strategies which ensure homes, communities and other assets are climate resilient and meet our 2030 sustainability targets, and our net zero 2050 target.
