We’ll grow our income, and manage our costs carefully, to ensure long-term financial sustainability.

To do this, we’ll:

  • Innovate to become more efficient, while improving the customer and client experience. We’ll build on the investment we’ve already made in our systems and ways of working
  • Grow our income by providing management services to more clients, and through new partnerships with housing associations, housebuilders and third party investors
  • Embed our end-to-end service model, integrating investment management and building homes with customer-focused landlord, property and community management services
  • Maintain control of costs across all parts of the Group, and ensure we deliver value for money for customers and clients.
