We’ll build as many homes as we’re able to deliver for Hyde and others, with a focus on affordability for different people.
To do this, we’ll:
- Partner with others to build high quality, sustainable homes in communities that are environmentally and socially sustainable
- Provide sales and marketing services for both ourselves and our partners, so homes are sold in a timely manner, with excellent customer service
- Finance new homes through a mixed funding model, including grant funding, long-term debt and third party capital
- Offer flexible and innovative partnering options to third party investors.
