Tim Sanders is member of our Group Investment Committee. He’s Senior Surveyor at Modus Construction Consultants. He’s an experienced commercial and project manager for industrial and residential developments, grade listed properties and historic heritage conservation projects, including Canterbury Cathedral, the Royal Portsmouth Naval Museum and Kew Gardens. Tim also worked in commercial and project management in the US banking and technology sectors, for clients including Google, Intel, Barclays and Citibank.
