We also strive to deliver landlord services (for our own homes and for other providers) that improve customer outcomes and their satisfaction.
The vital support of our community investment team, Hyde Foundation, gives to customers and our partners helps us maximise the positive social impact to create thriving, sustainable communities.

Our 2024/25 highlights
- 81.4% of customers were satisfied after receiving a service from us and all our Tenant Satisfaction Measures improved
- We invested £8.2m in our communities through specialist support and grants
- £27.5m was indirectly invested in our communities through our supply chain partners
- The core value of our social tenancies was at least £441m, or £18,591 per tenancy
- Including the value of building and maintaining homes brings the total annual value to at least £753m
- The acquisition of Pinnacle Group and Tower Hamlets Community Housing joining Hyde means we own or manage about 125,000 homes, beating our 2030 target of managing 100,000 homes
- We published our Community and Place Standard [Link], to ensure we build affordable homes that are well-designed, high quality, safe, energy-efficient and sustainable.
