Our 2024/25 highlights

  • We maintained our G1/V2 rating, demonstrating that we’re strong, resilient and financially-viable
  • We acquired Pinnacle Group in October 2024 and Tower Hamlets Community Housing joined the group on 1 April 2025
  • 1,513 customers were involved in shaping our services
  • We published our Customer Involvement Strategy and welcomed ten new members to Customer Voice, our senior customer group
  • Our median gender pay gap is 1.1%; our median ethnicity pay gap is 3.8%; and 46.5% of our senior leaders are female
  • We retained our Investors in People Gold accreditation
  • We began developing our approach to managing climate risk
  • 100% of our suppliers met our minimum sustainability standards
