Environmental - performance, progress and impact

We want customers to have warm, safe homes that are affordable to live in. As a landlord, we have a responsibility to ensure our customers are living in homes and neighbourhoods that make the most of nature, and are resilient to a changing climate.

Our objectives are outlined in our Sustainability Strategy 2024-2030 (PDF, 8MB).

We’ve also set out our commitment to improving and protecting plants, trees, insects, birds, and other wildlife in our neighbourhoods and communities, in our Biodiversity Action Plan (PDF, 1.58MB).

While we recognise we still have work to do in some areas, our target is still to reach zero operational carbon by 2050.
