The SVLG is thrilled to host its third annual Social Value Supply-Chain Awards, celebrating supply-chain partners who have shown a deep commitment to social value by delivering impactful projects, contributing resources, and creating opportunities within local communities. This year’s awards ceremony will be held at the National Gallery on Thursday 27 November (invite only).
These awards are a key part of the SVLG’s Social Value Week, which runs from Monday, 24 November to Friday 28 November. Throughout the week, SVLG member organisations, supply-chain partners, and other social value advocates will take to social media, sharing posts and features to highlight the benefits and importance of social value.
What sets these awards apart is the nomination process: unlike most awards, supply-chain partners cannot nominate themselves. Instead, SVLG members – the social value leads in their respective organisations – use performance data and personal experience to nominate supply-chain partners for each category, adhering to a clear set of nomination guidelines.
An evaluation panel of resident representatives and trustees from strategic committees and boards from SVLG organisation will conduct a ‘blind’ review, scoring nominations to determine the winners and runners-up in each category.
