By completing and submitting this form, you give your consent to the Hyde Group using this photograph both internally and externally to promote Hyde and its subsidiaries. This image could be used in print and digital media formats including (but not limited to) print publications, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising and social media purposes.

You understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides. You are aware that we may share your name and image with our suppliers, such as publishers, printers, video/film makers/editors, photographers and digital storage providers.

You understand that some published images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept as an archive. All non-published images will be held securely by Hyde and will be deleted 10 years post time of photo taken.

You agree that:
  • Copyright in the image(s) and/or video recordings will be retained by Hyde.
  • Hyde shall have the right to edit, modify, crop, add to or subtract from the photographs and/or video recordings at its entire discretion and without my approval.
  • This consent record, including your reference image, will be retained for a period of six years and only accessible to members of Hyde’s Communications Team.
You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask Hyde to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.

You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Hyde Group regarding data protection issues with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
