Chichi Onyenemelu, Social Value Manager
Chichi leads our social value team, overseeing the delivery and implementation of Hyde’s Social Value Strategy. Focusing on maximising social value through procurement, she negotiates resources from supply-chain partners to benefit our customers and communities. Chichi plays a key role in advising our partners, colleagues and community organisations on social value practices, processes, and opportunities, while highlighting its importance across the business. As the founder and chair of the Social Value Leadership Groupp (SVLG), she also promotes collaboration and the sharing of best practice, driving positive impact across the sector.
Ben Britton, Social Value Officer
Ben supports our supply chain partners to work with community organisations. This includes managing our Match My Project platform – our virtual meeting point where community organisations and groups can find and receive help with their projects, from our business partners.
