Our focus is on spending our money wisely, controlling costs and maximising the value of every pound we spend. Any surplus we generate is also invested back into homes and services.

We monitor our performance each month to ensure we’re accountable for how we use our money. Everyone at Hyde is responsible for ensuring we deliver value for money for you, so we deliver better outcomes for you. It also means we stay financially strong and ensures we’re here for the long term.

In the past year we’ve continued to spend more on maintaining and improving homes, to transform our repairs service, refine our neighbourhoods approach, improve our Customer Service Centre and invest in digital services.
