Environmental - performance, progress and impact

We want customers to have energy-efficient homes, that are safe and affordable, as well as being comfortable and enjoyable places to live.

Our objectives are outlined in our Sustainability Strategy 2024-30 (PDF, 8MB).

While we recognise we still have work to do in some areas, our target is still to reach zero operational carbon by 2050.
