Hyde currently employs approximately 1,400 people across London, the South East and Cambridgeshire. We recognise that transparency and accountability are essential to improving diversity and addressing pay imbalances. Our goal is to strengthen representation across all levels, particularly at senior levels, where gaps are more pronounced. This year, we continue our commitment to publish comprehensive data, analyse trends and outline our actions to close these gaps.
