Communities team
The Communities team works with partner organisations to build resilient, thriving, cohesive communities where people want to live.
We invest in future generations through enabling positive pathways for young people and tackling the root causes of ASB-related issues in communities. We also work with older people, reducing isolation and increasing their ability to live independently in their own homes for longer.
The Communities team consists of three Project and Partnership Managers, each working in different geographical areas and across different Hyde priorities.

Advice and Advocacy
The Advice and Advocacy programme provides 1:1 advice and advocacy in money and debt, welfare benefits, health and employment.
The team also offers early intervention and crisis support to help our customers stay in their homes.
If you’re funded by HCT and would like to refer a Hyde resident to this service, please get in touch with your Project and Partnership Manager or complete our referral form.

Social Value
We define social value as in-kind or cash support from Hyde suppliers for the benefit of our customers, communities and society. This is above and beyond their contractual obligations with Hyde.
If you work with, or in Hyde communities, we invite you to register on the Match My Project platform.
For any help with your registration or to find out more about the wider work of the Social Value team, please email [email protected].
Communications
We're proud and excited to work with our funded partners and promote their work wherever we can. Similarly, we invite all our partners to use the Hyde Charitable Trust logo in their internal and external communications.
You can find our logos and brand guidelines here: Branding for partners (Link to SharePoint folder). If you have any questions or need support with promoting your project, please email [email protected].
