Kate is responsible for delivering improvements to our business and ensuring we have long term plans to support our customers.
Kate leads our strategic planning, transformation, customer engagement and communications teams, and ensures we listen to and act on customer feedback, when developing our strategic plans, to ensure they meet customers’ needs.
Kate’s worked in the sector for 20 years and was previously Head of Strategy and Business Intelligence. More recently, she was Partnerships and Regeneration Director, leading Hyde’s work with public organisations, including Brighton & Hove City Council, to build more affordable homes and regenerate estates. Kate has a longstanding interest in public policy and in using research and feedback from customers to improve housing services.
