Hillside residents: We’d like to apologise to any customers in Japonica, Verbena, Camellia and Gerbera blocks who are experiencing issues with their water. The London Fire Brigade has shut off the water supply, and our maintenance team is currently on-site investigating the issue. We anticipate the water will be reinstated today, depending on the extent of repairs needed. Water is on its way and will be distributed to customers’ homes.

Rental payments: Due to a technical issue, payments made in the last two days are taking up to 4 days to register. Please bear with us – we’re working as quickly as we can to solve the problem and the payments should register on your account soon.
