Junior is a dual-qualified Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI).
He has 15 years wide-ranging experience across consultancy, private and public sector organisations dealing with large, complex developments and masterplans across life sciences, commercial, healthcare, residential and mixed use sectors. His expertise combines town planning and development management from feasibility through to handover for delivery.
He is currently working on developing a world class masterplan for a commercial-led 1 million ft² GIA life science development within the Whitechapel Estate at Royal London Hospital as part of his role at NHS Property Services.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family and occasionally escaping to his gaming room to relax, and improving racial diversity within board level positions within the property industry.
