Trustee
Colm spent many years in Local Government finance, working as a Chief Financial Officer for a Fire Authority, a County Council and latterly for St Albans City Council after working for several London Boroughs in the earlier part of his career.
As well as being a Trustee for HCT he does a small amount of consulting work relating to Local Government. He lives in Barnet and has two children.
